First dev note. No fluff, no hype, just an honest look at where things stand and what the team has been working on.

We decided to do these regularly because the crypto space has a transparency problem. Projects go quiet during or after the presale, resurface with a listing announcement, and wonder why nobody trusts them. That's not us. You bought in early, you deserve to know what your money is building. So here's the honest picture right now.

The AI Tool Hub is in internal alpha. A small group of team members and early contributors are running it daily. Three tools are live in testing: a wallet health scanner that analyzes on-chain activity, a DeFi opportunity radar pulling live data across Solana protocols, and an on-chain sentiment analyzer mapping transaction patterns to market signals. The alpha is rough in places. That's the point. We're finding the edges before you do.

The Unchained Vault smart contract is written and under third-party security review. The mechanics are locked: flexible and fixed lock periods across three tiers, APY that scales with commitment, and a fully non-custodial design. Your tokens never leave your control. We're not publishing until the audit comes back clean.

The wallet recovery system just finished a full UX redesign. Original testing told us the flow was too technical for anyone who didn't already live in crypto. We tore it down and rebuilt it. Nine steps became three screens. We ran it with first-time crypto users and they got through it unassisted. That's the bar.

On the security side, Solidproof, Spywolf, and Cyberscope audits are all done and public. We stacked three because one wasn't enough for what we're building.

That's the baseline. Every update from here tracks progress against it.
